What happens once I've placed my order?
All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 1-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you did not receive this information, check your junk folder first and if it’s not there let us know at email@example.com and we will update you on the status of your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders should arrive 3-5 working days once shipped, we will also provide tracking.
I live locally, can I pick up my candles?
Yes! No charge for local pick up. We are based in Wollongong. Select ‘local pickup’ in checkout.
Why did my order get delivered in a random box?
We care about the environment and don’t want to contribute to more waste! We re-use old boxes for this reason and we encourage everyone else to as well.
Do you offer returns or exchange?
We always want our customers to be 100% happy! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Faulty/damaged products: please provide a photo and we will send you a replacement.
Change of mind: we are happy to refund or exchange however you will need to cover the shipping cost back to us. We will cover the replacement costs of sending out your item(s). Unfortunately we cannot offer completely free returns as we are just an small business & shipping is not free.
Sale items: unfortunately we don’t offer refunds or returns on sale items.
What if the item I want is sold out?

Why is the scent I’m looking for not on the online shop?
We occasionally discontinue certain fragrances for seasonal or stock purposes. If you are looking for a specific scent that you do not see, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know if/when it will be available.
